WEBCON, a pioneer in organising entrepreneurship and skill development programmes, has set a pace for micro enterprise development as a supplement to the effort made by the Govt. of West Bengal, Sikkim and A&N Administration. Under the sponsorship of Govt. of India, State Govt. and Financial Institutions & Banks, KVIC and promotional institutions, WEBCON, through its accredited trainers, counsellor-cum-motivators and resource persons, organises tailor-made programmes on entrepreneurship and skill development to help promote first generation entrepreneurs. So far WEBCON has trained more than 7500 candidates under various programs which catalysed setting up of 2980 successful micro enterprises, mostly in rural areas.
